Apostle Johnson Suleiman of the Omega Fire Ministries appeared before the Department of State Services (DSS) around 7pm on Monday evening.
According to his spokesman, Mr. Phrank Shuaibu, the cleric was questioned by the DSS and was released before 10:30pm on Monday night.
“The interviews have ended. We have left the facility just now. I will communicate the details later,” he told Premium Times.
Details of what happened during the questioning session is yet unknown.
Apostle Suleiman who was dressed in a black suit yesterday was accompanied by 30 lawyers and Christian leaders to the DSS Headquarters in Abuja.
Rev. Felix Omobude, a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) was also with the cleric.
On arrival, Apostle Suleiman who was earlier invited to report by 10am was told that his meeting had been rescheduled for 4pm.
When he returned by 4pm as he was told, they further told him again to report by 7pm.
