1. President Muhammadu Buhari has declared that the culture of impunity inherited at the inception of his government two years ago is losing ground. ‘‘Steadily the culture of impunity is receding; the affront of terrorists overrunning security troops and encroaching on our territorial integrity has been reversed. He said in the excerpts of a book authored by the Presidential Media Team, entitled; “Making steady, sustainable progress for Nigeria’s peace and prosperity: a mid-term scorecard on the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.”

2. The presidency on Sunday in a statement by Garba Shehu, President Muhammadu Buahri’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, said that former Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido, is intellectually and morally bankrupt for opposing the ongoing war against corruption.

3. Governors under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Sunday met at the Enugu State Government House in Enugu with eight(8) aspirant of the position of the party’s national chairman, ahead of December 9 national convention.

4. Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, the Minister of Finance, said that the whistleblower who revealed the huge funds recovered in a property in Ikoyi, Lagos State, that led to the sack of the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ayo Oke, will get paid this month.
