The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after investigation into the crisis that marred the governorship election in Rivers State, said that it would continue collation of results.
The electoral commission said that it would on March 20 issue detailed plan on how the exercise would continue in the state.
INEC had suspended the collation of results in the state on March 10 following widespread report of violence and intimidation in the state.
The commission further accused the Nigerian Army and some gangs of contributing to the violence that resulted to the suspension of the exercise.
