Henry Chibueze (aka Vampire), a very notorious armed robber and the leader of a gang responsible for many evil activities in the South-East & South-South, has been reportedly killed by the Nigerian Police.
Vampire was killed around 1am on Thursday in Omu Awa forest located in Ikwere Local Government Area of Rivers State.
His death came following a serious gun battle between him and the police.
Vampire reportedly killed over 200 people through his wicked and evil activities in the southern region including a particular horrible attack in Lagos.
The Lagos attack was on his own girlfriend identified as Sandra Ijedinma, who he said stool his N45million share from about N110million ransom his gang received from a family of one of their abducted victims in Omoku in Rivers State.
Vampire not only killed his girlfriend, but also eight members of her family, among which were six (6) kids.
The evil Vampire was killed by the operatives of the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT), while five (5) members of his gang were apprehended alive.
The five members arrested alive were identified as; Obinna Ela, 26, a native Of Orlu, Imo State; Arinze Abecheta, 24, a native Okohia, Isiala Mbano, Imo; Chukwu Ebuka, 23, Ohohia, Isiala Mbano, Imo State, Samuel Ugochukwu, 24, Arochukwu Local Government Area, Abia State, and Clifford Aheana, from Omu Awa, Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State.
According to the spokesperson of the Police, Jimoh Moshood, who flew in from Abuja, “Henry Chibueze aka ‘Vampire’ (deceased) was a cultist who later turned a vicious and dangerous kidnapper and armed robber, and was declared wanted since 2013.”
His crimes among many others includes the killing of a member of the Imo State House of Assembly in 2015, the kidnap and killing of a woman in Nkwere in 2012 even after collecting ransom from the woman’s family.
Vampire was arrested and arraigned before he escaped from the premises of the Federal High Court in Owerri, Rivers State on January 27, 2017.

The Police added that five AK 47 rifles and three hundred rounds of ammunition were recovered from the suspects.
